Introduction to this page

Quickly open all the files in a folder in the one preview.

Good to know: When you're viewing files in this mode, you can quickly go back by pressing Escape (ESC).

Step-by-step: 

1. Select the folder you want to view. 

2. Click View in the right-hand sidebar.


The preview will open.

Notice all of this folder's files arranged in a thumbnails carousel at the bottom of the preview.

3. Hover over a file to see arrows for clicking through the files in your selection. Alternatively, click on each file in the carousel to view it. 

4. Click the cross in the top right-hand corner of a thumbnail to remove it from a viewing group. 

5. Click Back in the top left-hand corner of the screen to close the preview. 


TIP: Use handy preview tools

You can also delete, publish, download, and create collections with files, from within the preview.

  • Click the plus symbol to bring up a list of the other files available in the folder, allowing you to add more image to the thumbnail carousel.
  • Click the add to collection symbol to add the file to a collection or private collection.
  • Click the crop symbol to create a derivative of this file.
  • Click the bin symbol to delete the file/s.
  • Click the download symbol to customize and then download the file.
  • Click the link symbol to share the file in a link.
  • Click the arrow symbols to rotate the file.
  • Click the minus or plus symbol to zoom the file in and out.

Good to know: If you are viewing a reference file in this preview, you will be able to remove the file from the collection (if you have permission) and you will be able to create a derivative (or edit existing one), publish, and download the original of this reference when using the preview tools.
