WHAT: A presets catalog is a menu of presets for downloading files and creating derivatives from a space. Members of the space can choose these presets from a shortlist during the downloading process or when creating derivatives.
Presets catalogs are organized into categories and presets. Presets are customizations to files that include changes to format, dimensions, and color space. Categories are grouping of presets.
WHY: Every space has its own presets catalog. It automatically inherits categories and presets from the presets catalog of its parent space. This inheritance can be manually disabled if preferred.
