Your username and password might be connected to your company's own authentication servers.

- If you are using an account which is connected to your company's own authentication servers, you may see a button that says "Single Sign-On". Please follow the instructions provided by your company's IT department.

About your username: Your Chorus username was automatically generated when your account was first created. It can be found in the ‘Please set your password’' email that was sent to you when your account was created. You can also use your email address.
About your password: The length and requirements of all passwords in a Chorus site are determined by the site admins. Site admins, see Change the site password policy.
Good to know: Chorus will automatically sign you out after six hours of inactivity, or after 15 hours regardless of activity. If you check the "Remember me" button, you will stay logged in for 2 weeks (or until your browser cookies are cleared, whichever is sooner).
If you have more than one account using the same email address, you may need to use your username (not email address) to login. Chorus will try to identify the correct account from your password, but if the accounts use the same password the first account you created will be used.
Step-by-step: Sign in to Chorus
1. Connect to the internet on any device.
2. Go to the web address of your Chorus site.
3. Enter your username and password.
If this is the first time you are signing in to Chorus, you will be prompted by email to 'Please set your password'’. Follow the link in the email to do this for the first time.
4. Click Sign In.
Step-by-step: Sign out of Chorus
1. Click on your profile avatar in the top right-hand corner of Chorus. A profile menu will open.
2. Click Sign Out.
Alternatively:
1. Close the browser window in which you have Chorus open. You will be automatically signed out of your account.
