Introduction to this page
If you have the permission to download, share, or publish the original files that a collection refers to, you can perform these actions with the collection itself.
1. To download a collection, open the collection and select all of the files using the checkbox above the collection (or select only the files you want, by clicking on them). Then, use the Download tool in the right hand menu.
2. To share a collection, see Sharing files as a collection. Your colleague will receive a collection of reference files in their private space.
3. To publish a collection, see Share as link.
