Manage and edit published or emailed links in your Links Manager.
The Links Manager keeps a log of links created by your account. Links are organized according to the space from which they were created and are listed from most recently created to least recent.
Filters at the top of the Links Manager allow you to browse links within tailored parameters.
Step-by-step:
1. Enter a space.
2. In the right-hand toolbar, click on Manage → Shared Links.
Your Links Manager will open.
3. Select the link folder and click View in the toolbox to see the link.
4. Click Edit Link... in the toolbox to change the link's settings.
6. Click Remove to delete a link, and render it inactive. An alert will appear to confirm this action. Click Remove if you are sure.
