Publishing is the act of making content available without the requirement to login to reach it.
The published link can be emailed or copied for use elsewhere. How files are presented when this link is opened is customizable. This customized presentation layout is the link’s theme.
WHY: Publishing is a fast, lightweight, storage-friendly way to share and use files outside of your Chorus site.
Published links can be used to give external audiences access to files, to share files with websites and social media platforms, or to provide multiple channels with customized versions of the same file. It avoids having many user accounts.
