Introduction to this page

Download a file in its original format to retain its size, dimensions, and color space.

The method for downloading individual files, multiple files, folders of files, or all the files of a space is the same across your Chorus site.

Good to know: If you are downloading multiple files, your download will appear at its destination as a .zip file. Open this file to unzip your downloaded files.

Step-by-step:

1. Select the file, files, folders or space you want to download.

Even if you have selected a reference file, you will download the original of this reference, provided you have permission to do this.

2. Click Download in the right-hand sidebar. A dropdown download menu will open.

3. Choose Download Original from the menu.

4. If it is a single file you are downloading, a download window will automatically appear in your browser.

Save the file to its destination on your local computer or server.

5. If you are downloading multiple or large files, your Queue Manager will open at the Downloads tab.

Here, you will see a list of the downloads you have made recently.

6. Click Collect on this download in the Queue Manager. A download window will appear in your browser.

7. Save the items to their destination on your local computer or server.

You can also delete files from within the console.

  • Select the file you want to download.
  • Click View. The console will open.
  • Click the download symbol in the Quick Tools of the console to customize and then download the file.
