Step-by-step:
1. Click on your profile avatar in the top right-hand corner of Chorus. A dropdown profile menu will open.
2. Click Profile.
The User Profile modal will open.
3. Click the ellipsis (...) in the bottom right-hand corner of the Actions box. A menu of options will open.
4. Click Presets.
Your private space presets catalog will open.
5. Enable the Manually manage inherited categories? switch.
This disables the inheritance of site-level presets, so you can edit your presets catalog without complications.
6. Click Create Category (top right, plus sign) to create a new preset category. An 'Create new category' modal will open.
8. Enter a Name and Description for the new preset category.
9. Select a file type from the Type menu for this preset to apply to. Options here are Image, Audio, Video, and Other.
10. Click Save, then Close.
The new category will appear in the Categories list.
11. Click Add Preset (plus sign) to customize the presets for the new category.
12. Edit the following variables for the new preset. For more details on these, see Create or edit presets for a space.

13. Click Save.
Finally: Add presets to the Shortlist!
The shortlist is the list that appears as a dropdown menu whenever the Download action on the right-hand sidebar of Chorus is clicked.
To add a preset to the shortlist:
- Choose the Shortlist tab in the Presets Catalog.
- Check or un-check presets as required.
- Click Save.
