WHAT: Edit files as a batch to efficiently change file names and metadata on many files.
There is no limit to the number of files that can be edited as a batch, but batches must consist of files from within one folder or space.
WHY: Choose batch editing if you want more subtlety and flexibility than when editing metadata on all files in a folder. Batch editing is particularly useful after uploading many files.
Good to know: Files from multiple folders cannot be edited together as one batch.
