When your recycling bin is emptied, its contents are permanently deleted.
The policy determining how, and how often, your bin is emptied is set at a site-level by site admins.
If you can see an Empty button in the top right-hand corner of your bin pane, you have been given the power to empty your own bin, at any time that you choose.
If you cannot see an Empty button in the top right-hand corner of the bin pane, your bin will be automatically emptied at a frequency determined by your site admins. The frequency of automatic bin emptying can be set at 1, 7, 14, or 31 days by site admins.
