B11.3 Convert file types for download

Step-by-step: 

1. Select the item/s you want to download.

2. Click Download in the right-hand sidebar. A dropdown download menu will open.

3. Choose Custom Crop from the menu. The Customize Console will open.

4. Click on the cog icon to open more customization tools.

5. Click on the File Format menu *(should be File Type menu)*

Options for file type include GIF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, and PDF.

6. Choose the file type you want to convert the file/s into.

7. Use console arrows to scroll through the group of files you have selected and convert each file individually.

Alternatively, click on the file type in the summary bubble above the download icon. This will apply single changes to all of the files of that type in your selection. File types summarised in the bubble are image files, audio files, video files, and documents.

8. Click DOWNLOAD in the bottom right-hand corner of the console.

Your Queue Manager will open at the Downloads tab.

Here, you will see a list of the downloads you have made in the last seven days.

9. Click Collect on this download in the Queue Manager. A download window will appear in your browser.

10. Save the items to their destination on your local computer or server.
