Introduction to this page

There are two ways to unshare a folder.

1. The first is to open the same Share Folder modal where the share was created and remove users from the Share With list. To access the Share Folder modal, select the folder > Share > Share with colleague.

2. The second is via the Share Manager, which is covered on this page.

Step-by-step: 

1. Click Tools at the top right-hand side of your desk. 

2. Choose Shares > Folders.


The Share Manager will open.

Here, you will see all folders that have been shared by you and folders that you have shared.

3. Choose the Shared By Me tab.

4. To remove a sharee from a folder share, click the cross beside their name, where it appears underneath the listed folder. The user’s name will appear highlighted in red.

5. Click Save.

Good to know: Users will NOT receive email notification when a folder has been unshared with them. The folder will simply disappear from their home space or work space.
