Why do recycling bins need emptying?
Items moved into user recycling bins continue to consume the storage capacity of your Chorus site.
Regular emptying of user bins releases this capacity back to the site.
Step-by-step:
1. Click Admin at the top of Chorus and sign in to elevate.
2. Choose Settings > Site from the Admin menu. The Site Admin modal will open.
3. Go to Bin settings.
4. Select the frequency at which all users' recycling bins are emptied.
Note that this setting affects all users of your site. When a recycling bin is emptied, its contents are irretrievably deleted.
5. Select Empty manually to allow all users to empty their recycling bins at their own pace.
6. Click Save.
